Meridian Slapping Exercise
This exercise involves using the hands to rhythmically tap along the meridian pathways, stimulating the acupressure points along the way. By following a structured approach, we activate energy channels, clear blockages, and enhance Qi circulation throughout the body.
Finding the correct pathways and tapping points is simple:
- Each limb and body section is divided into five vertical lines.
- Each section within those lines is tapped five times before moving to the next.
- This systematic approach ensures a comprehensive activation of meridian energy flow.
I call this exercise “Better than a Coffee”, because if you consider all the time that it takes to make a coffee and then drink it, this exercise can be done quicker, but with a far better activation of the body’s energy system than coffee can provide.
